Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Customers will be charged at most once for shipping costs (this includes returns). No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for returning a product.

Returned packages must be properly packaged and returned using the original shipping method. They must not be damaged or misdelivered. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 3–20 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
